MY FIRST BLOG EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

This could seriously become an addiction like buying lashes,lip gloss,blusher,fake tan,hair accessories!!!!!!!!

Progression to HNC...........

I was organised and ready to go when i woke up on the morning of Progression Day meeting my model bright and early, we where on our way.........My selected title brief was Black Magic.......My design was She Wolf inspired make-up with Shakira styled hair.....we had four hours to complete the total look.......the hair was probably the most time consuming part i had nine different sets of hair extensions to ringlet curl........ the end result i was very happy with and i had a right good giggle working with model my model for the day Amy........i won 3rd prize!!!!

chapter 1..............

The first experience of commercial work was with the Drama students at James Watt college i was assigned the character of  the funny genie for the Christmas pantomime, this was a great chance to design a look gain commercial experience and work with other departments within the college.




The college organised a seminar at Fraser`s in Glasgow, the seminar was with two of the Bobbi Brown make-up artists, we talked colour, brushes, moisturiser, life as a make-up artists, this was very insightful as the make-up artists had studied at college and had started at the same level i am currently studying. Very inspiring..........thanks to the wonderful lecturers for organising .x.


I had a second chance at working with the Drama students on a Van Helsing performance Chloe (fellow studied) and i volunteered on arrival there was nine character was really enjoyable. I had young Van Helsing, Dracula, Nurse Grace and two straight theatrical.................
